1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

When you create an account through the Cheet application and start using our services, you will be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and any terms notified to you and agreed to by you if you purchase additional features, products or services we offer through the Service (collectively, this "Agreement"). ) you agree to be bound by. If you do not agree and consent to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

We may make changes to this Agreement and the Service from time to time. We may do this for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect changes in laws or requirements, to introduce new features or changes to business practices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login information you use to sign up for Cheet. Additionally, you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under these credentials. If you think someone has accessed your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Modifying the Service and Termination.

Cheet always strives to improve the Service and offer you additional features that you will find attractive and useful. This means that from time to time we may remove some features as well as add new product features or improvements, and unless these actions materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not notify you before taking them. We may even stop the Service altogether, in which case we will notify you in advance, unless we may not be able to notify you, such as a security concern.

The easiest way to terminate your account is to follow the instructions in the "Settings" section of the service you use. Of course, you also have other finishing options. However, if you use a third-party payment account, such as the Apple App Store or iTunes Store ("App Store") or Google Play Store, you must manage in-app purchases through such an account to avoid additional billing. Cheet may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement. In the event of such termination, you will not be entitled to any refund for your purchases.

5. Safety; Your Interactions with Other Members.

While Cheet strives to bring together cultures and bring people from different backgrounds together in a digital environment, Cheet is not responsible for any conduct on or off our Service. You agree to be careful in all your communications with other members, especially when you decide to communicate or meet outside of the Service. Please do not share your personal information with other people, it is your responsibility to protect your information.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CHEET DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND QUESTIONS OR BACKGROUND RESEARCH ON ITS MEMBERS. CHEET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDUCT OR COMPATIBILITY OF ITS MEMBERS.

6. Community Rules.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
  • use the Service for any harmful or nefarious purpose
  • use the Service in order to damage Cheet
  • spam, solicit money from or defraud any members.
  • impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
  • bully, "stalk", intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
  • post any Content that violates or infringes anyone's rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.
  • post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
  • post any Content that incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
  • post any Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
  • solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members or disseminate another person's personal information without his or her permission.
  • use another member's account, share an account with another member, or maintain more than one account.
  • create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

If you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service in any way, including your actions and communications on or off the Service, or behaved in any way that Cheet deems inappropriate or illegal, Cheet may investigate you and/or terminate your account. reserves the right to terminate your purchases without providing a refund.

7. Other Members' Content.

Although Cheet reserves the right to review and remove content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the member posting it and Cheet cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with this Agreement. 8. Purchases

In order to continue its services, Cheet offers products and services for sale ("In-app purchases"), billed by App Store, Google Play Store. If you make an in-app purchase (App Store or Google Play Store), your payment service will be processed.

Cheet does not offer its own payment services, so if you make a purchase, keep in mind that it will be made through "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay" services.

Auto-Renewal Subscriptions/Payments;

If you purchase a periodic subscription that automatically renews through an in-app purchase, your Payment management will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel it. After your initial subscription period, your subscription will be automatically and indefinitely extended at the price you agreed to when subscribing, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Disputes of a previously made charge should be directed to Customer support if you have been billed by a relevant third-party account, such as the App Store, Google Play, etc. Contact Us

If you want to change or terminate your subscription; Even if you have deleted your account with us or the Cheet app on your device, you will need to log in to the third-party account and follow the instructions to terminate or cancel your subscription. Deleting your Cheet account or the Cheet app from your device will not terminate or cancel your subscription; Cheet will retain any amounts charged to your Payment Method until you terminate or cancel your subscription at Cheet or your third-party account. If you terminate or cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the then-current subscription period and your subscription will not renew after the current period.

If you want to cancel your Cheet subscription, you must cancel it through the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play applications for Android devices.

Refunds. Generally, all fees paid for purchases are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be available for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund request for a subscription option is made within fourteen days of the transaction date or if applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

For subscribers residing in the EU or the European Economic Area - in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the start of your subscription. Please note that this 14-day period is valid from the start of the subscription.

If you made the purchase using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Cheet. To request a refund, go to the App Store, click on your Apple ID, select “Purchase history,” find the transaction, and click “Report a Problem.” You can also submit a request at https://getsupport.apple.com.

If you made a purchase using your Google Play Store account or directly from Cheet: Please contact customer support with your Google Play Store order number (which you can find in your confirmation email or by logging into Google Wallet) or your Cheet order number (which you can find in your confirmation email). move on. You may also mail or self-deliver a signed and dated notice stating that you, the purchaser, are canceling this Agreement or containing similar words. If you exercise your right to cancel (except for purchases made via an Apple ID controlled by Apple), we will refund (or ask Google to refund) any payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving notification of your decision to cancel the Agreement. we will request). 9. Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

When contacting us regarding alleged copyright infringement, please be sure to provide us with the following information:

  • an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
  • a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service (and such description must be reasonably sufficient to enable us to find the alleged infringing material);
  • your contact information, including address, telephone number and email address and the copyright owner’s identity;
  • a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Cheet will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

(CHEET & MONAPP BILISIM) TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
